Transaction Science is committed to making TerraOS accessible to all users — sponsors, operators, tenants, guests, investors, inspectors, and regulators. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance.

• ARIA labels on all navigation and interactive elements
• Visible focus indicators (2px solid accent color)
• Respects prefers-reduced-motion
• Light, dark, and system theme modes
• Minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratios for text
• Keyboard-navigable throughout
• Viewport-fit=cover for notched devices

Operator & Investor Consoles

The TerraOS operator console (booking, maintenance, metering) and investor portal (LP dashboard, distributions, K-1s) both expose every action via keyboard navigation. Map views include text alternatives. Critical status indicators use shape and color together, not color alone.

Guest & Tenant Booking Surfaces

Public-facing booking and unit-selection flows meet the same conformance target. Site maps and parcel diagrams are paired with accessible tabular alternatives. Photos and media include descriptive alt text.
